Nobody Network (We) is committed to protecting the privacy and data of users to the highest standards through decentralized technology, end-to-end encryption, and a completely anonymous model. By using our services, you agree to the privacy policies and terms outlined in this document.

1. Core Privacy Principles

  • We do not collect personal data such as real names, phone numbers, emails, IDs...
  • User data is not stored on centralized servers; all information is stored locally or in a distributed manner.
  • End-to-end encryption is mandatory for all chat content, calls, and files.
  • No third party has access to the data, not even Nobody Network itself.

2. What data can be collected?

At Nobody Network, we are committed to not collecting personally identifiable information such as names, phone numbers, emails, IDs... Accordingly, users can use the full service without having to disclose any personal information.

We do not store IP addresses. In some cases, IP addresses may be temporarily used to facilitate connection but are not logged or retained after the session.

Content of messages, calls, and files sent or received by users on the platform are end-to-end encrypted. This means that only the sender and receiver can read this data — even we cannot access the content.

When using the crypto wallet (HD Wallet) on the platform, users will create a recovery phrase and private keys. This data only exists on the user's device, and Nobody Network does not store it, cannot access it, and cannot recover it if the user loses it.

Regarding email addresses, we do not require them. However, we may collect them in optional cases, such as when users subscribe to notifications, provide feedback, or participate in the development community. Providing an email is completely voluntary and will be kept completely secure according to this policy (section 7).

Finally, we do not log activities and do not use any user-tracking tools such as analytical cookies, tracking pixels, or embedded advertising codes.

3. Wallet and Financial Data Security

  • Users can create a decentralized crypto wallet (HD Wallet) on Nobody Network.
  • The seed phrase is the only security factor for recovering the wallet; we do not store it and cannot recover it if you lose it.
  • All financial data and wallets only exist on your device and are fully encrypted.

4. Data Handling

  • Chat data, calls, images, files… exist locally or on the decentralized storage system you choose.
  • You can delete data at any time.
  • We do not keep backup copies and do not have data recovery functions from the server side.

5. Technology Security

  • End-to-end encryption for all content.
  • Identity verification through zero-knowledge proof technology.
  • The system operates on decentralized protocols (like IPFS or multi-chain blockchain), eliminating risks from intermediaries.

6. Sharing Data with Third Parties

  • We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any third parties.
  • We also do not use user behavior tracking cookies, and do not integrate advertising or user analytics systems.

7. Personal Security Recommendations

In some services such as subscribing to notifications, joining the community, or requesting technical support, we may collect users' email addresses — completely based on the principle of voluntariness.

  • Email addresses are only used for communication purposes (response to feedback, important updates).
  • We do not connect emails with chat content, wallets, or activities on the system.

Privacy recommendation: If you wish to maintain absolute anonymity, we encourage you to use an email address created with virtual information (not containing real information), which can be obtained from services like ProtonMail, Tutanota, or other anonymous email platforms.

8. Your Data Control Rights

  • You have full rights to manage, access, and delete data on your personal device.
  • You can choose to store data locally or distribute it on a decentralized storage network.
  • You can leave the system at any time without needing to delete your account or submit a request as we do not store your information.

9. Protection of Young Users

Our services are not intended for users under 16 years of age, and we do not intentionally collect information from this demographic.

10. Policy Changes

  • We may adjust the Privacy Policy at any time.
  • Changes will be publicly updated on the website along with the effective date.
  • We do not send email notifications as providing an email is optional.
