By accessing or using any service on this platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted to comply with the Terms of Service. Please cease accessing and using any services on this platform if you do not agree to the above.

2. Definitions

  • User: Individuals or organizations using the services of Nobody Network.
  • Content: Chat, calls (voice/video), documents, information, images… provided or created by users and the platform.
  • Services: Include a secure communication platform (chat/voice/video), multi-chain cryptocurrency wallet, decentralized transactions, decentralized storage, zero-knowledge identity verification…

3. Users' Rights and Obligations

3.1. Rights:

  • Access and use the services on our platform such as chat, voice, video, transactions, storage...
  • Freedom to choose where to store personal data (yourself, community, or decentralized servers).
  • Submit proposals and participate in the anonymous development community, supported by a global anonymous development team.

3.2. Obligations:

  • Do not use the services for activities contrary to law such as fraud, spam, distributing malware, copyright infringement…
  • Secure your recovery phrase; Take responsibility for any loss due to losing the recovery phrase.
  • Do not intentionally decode or damage the encryption system or decentralized structure of Nobody Network.

4. Our Rights and Responsibilities

4.1. Rights:

  • Allow or terminate account access rights upon detecting violations of the Terms of Service.
  • Adjust the interface, features, methods of service delivery related to chat/calls/wallet/finance/decentralization without prior notice.

4.2. Responsibilities:

  • Commit to protecting users' information through encryption and decentralization methods.
  • Efforts to maintain stability, security, and data protection through end-to-end encryption and a decentralized architecture.
  • Not responsible for any damages incurred due to users losing their private keys or wallet recovery phrases.

5. Technology and Copyright Content

  • Nobody Network owns the rights to all technologies and algorithms (zero-identity blockchain, HD Wallet, end-to-end encryption, decentralized storage…).
  • Users are not permitted to copy and reuse any technology, symbols, content... without our written consent.

6. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service at any time.
  • Each new version will be published on the website with a specific effective date.
  • Your continued use of the service after the Terms of Service have been updated indicates your acceptance of the changes.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranty

  • We only provide services. We do not guarantee no system errors, disconnections, interruptions, or data loss due to technical incidents.
  • We are not liable for any losses incurred due to users losing their private keys and recovery phrases or any consequences arising from violations of the terms.

8. Security Regulations

  • Sensitive information such as wallet keys and personal data will be protected by encryption measures and decentralized mechanisms.
  • We are committed to not sharing user data with any third parties.

9. Other Terms

  • Our failure to immediately exercise any rights under these Terms of Service does not mean we waive that right.
